8. Remuneration and benefits of the chairman and members

(1) Except for ex-officio members, the chairman and members will be full-time officers of the board.
(2) The Chairman shall be the Chief Administrative Officer of the Board.
(3) The remuneration, facilities and other arrangements of the chairman and members shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal from time to time.
(4) Chairman and members will receive meeting allowance as determined by the Government of Nepal from time to time for participating in the board meeting.
